Wherehouse uses your Tenant ID, as well as, a custom app to communicate with your Commerce7

Below we guide you through authorising Wherehouse to connect with your Commerce7 account.

Note: This process consists of two phases.
Phase 1: Provide Wherehouse with Your Tenant ID
After this step, Wherehouse will grant permission for your tenant ID to access the Custom App. A team member will notify you once this is done.
Phase 2: Install the Wherehouse App on Commerce7

Phase 1:

Steps on Wherehouse 👨‍💻

1️⃣  On the Wherehouse dashboard, within the subscription you’d like to authorize, select Platforms from the sidebar.

2️⃣  Look for the Commerce7 connector(s).

Each account may have multiple depending on the specific requirements. Repeat these steps for each connector.
3️⃣  Click Authorize. This will open a modal asking for your account’s Tenant ID.
 

Finding the required info on Commerce7 🕵️‍♂️

1️⃣  To find the required info, head to your Commerce7 Dashboard.
2️⃣  Click on Settings in the sidebar.
3️⃣ Click on General.

4️⃣ On this page you’ll find the Tenant ID. Copy and paste this into the modal on the Wherehouse dashboard.
 

Back to Wherehouse 👨‍💻

1️⃣ After you’ve pasted the Tenant ID from Commerce7 into the modal on Wherehouse, hit Save.

If all went well you should see “Successfully authorized connector”.
Wherehouse will now grant approval for your Tenant ID to access the Wherehouse app on Commerce7.
Wait for our team to notify you when we have granted this approval before proceeding to Phase 2.
 

Phase 2:

Installing the Wherehouse app on Commerce7 🕵️‍♂️

1️⃣  Head to your Commerce7 Dashboard.
2️⃣  Click on Apps & Extensions in the sidebar.
3️⃣ Click on Apps.
4️⃣ Type Wherehouse into the search bar and hit enter.
5️⃣ Click on the Wherehouse App.

7️⃣ Click Continue on the pricing pop-up.

8️⃣ Click Install App on the next confirmation pop-up.

If all went well, you should see “App has been added”.
