How to edit the “Export Offers - Detailed” repricer file

A quick guide on how to edit the DETAILED Export Offers file to make bulk updates to your repricer settings

The “Export Offers - Detailed” file is an advanced bulk update sheet. It supports both Fixed-range and Cost-based repricers and includes the option to set Buy Box strategies.
 

Steps to Edit the “Export Offers” Repricer File

 
1️⃣ Open the CSV File
Download and open the Export Offers - Detailed CSV file.

2️⃣ Update the Relevant Columns
Modify only the following columns to adjust your repricing strategy:

Repricer Enabled?
‘TRUE’ or ‘FALSE’
Indicates whether the automated repricer should be enabled for this product.
Buy Box Approach
‘FASTEST’ or ‘CHEAPEST’
Specifies if the repricer should aim for the 🏆 Best price (CHEAPEST) or only reprice until your offer has won the 🚛 Quickest delivery (FASTEST) position in the Buy Box.
Repricer Approach
‘Fixed range’ or ‘Cost-based’
Defines whether the repricer uses a Fixed Pricing Range or dynamically adjusts prices based on your Cost Price (Cost-based). The Cost-based approach can only be selected if your cost price is available to us.
Minimum Price
Any number > 0
The lowest price you are willing to sell the product for. The repricer will never price below this value
Preferred Price
Any number > 0
The ideal maximum price at which you want to sell the product. The repricer will aim to price as close to this as possible while remaining competitive.
Cost to Ship to Takealot
Any number > 0
The shipping cost incurred when sending stock to Takealot. This is used in Cost-based repricing to ensure shipping costs are covered.
Minimum Profit (%)
Any number > 0
The minimum profit margin (as a percentage) you want to maintain when using the Cost-Based repricer.
Preferred Profit (%)
Any number > 0
The ideal profit margin (as a percentage) you aim for when using the Cost-Based repricer.

Important:
The Cost-based Repricer Approach can only be used if Wherehouse has access to your Cost Price. This data must come from either:
  • Your inventory management system or online store
  • Your integrated supplier feeds
 
If Wherehouse does not have access to your cost price, the cell will turn red when selected, indicating that the Cost-based approach cannot be applied.
 
Columns for Reference Only
These columns provide useful product and pricing data but should not be modified.
Column
Description
SKU
The unique identifier for the product.
Title
The product name as listed on Takealot.
Cost Price
The base cost of the product before any fees or markup. This is pulled in to Wherehouse from your ERP or from your supplier feed.
Retail Price
The selling price of the product. This is pulled into Wherehouse from your ERP or, if you do not have an ERP linked with Wherehouse, it is pulled from the marketplace.
Minimum Price Reached
‘TRUE’ if the current offer price has hit the minimum price set in the repricer, ‘FALSE’ if not.
Current Offer Price
The current price at which you are selling the product on the marketplace.
Winning Offer Price
The price of the competitor currently winning the Buy Box.
Offer ID
The unique identifier for your offer on Takealot.
Offer Status
Indicates whether your offer is Buyable, Not Buyable, or Disabled.
Stock Status
Shows if the product is In Stock or sold through Lead Time.
Winning Buy Box (Best Price)
Shows if you are currently winning the Best Price position in the Buy Box (TRUE), or not (FALSE).
Winning Buy Box (Quickest Delivery)
Shows if you are currently winning the Quickest Delivery position in the Buy Box (TRUE), or not (FALSE).
Product Catalogue
The catalogue that the product belongs to (as on Wherehouse).
SOH
The number of units available in stock.
Takealot Success Fee (%)
The percentage fee charged by Takealot for selling this product.
Takealot Fulfilment Fee
The fee charged by Takealot for fulfilling order.
RRP
The Recommended Retail Price for this product as ingested from your offer on Takealot.
Wholesale Price
The bulk purchase price of this product.
URL
The product listing link on the marketplace.
Rating (average)
The average customer rating for this product based on reviews on the marketplace.
Do not modify columns that are for reference only, as this could cause errors.
