The “Export Offers” file is a simplified bulk update sheet for Wherehouse’s repricer. It allows you to enable and update fixed-range repricers by setting your minimum and preferred prices in bulk.
Steps to Edit the “Export Offers” Repricer File
1️⃣ Open the CSV File

2️⃣ Update the Relevant Columns
Modify only the following columns to adjust your repricing settings:
Columns You Need to Update
Column | Possible Values | Description |
repricer_enabled | ‘TRUE’ or ‘FALSE’ | Indicates whether the automated repricer should be enabled for this product. |
min_price | Any number > 0 | The minimum price you are willing to sell the product for. |
preferred_price | Any number > 0 | The ideal maximum price at which you want to sell the product. |
Columns for Reference Only
These columns provide useful product and pricing data but should not be modified.
Column | Description |
offer_status | Indicates whether your offer is Buyable, Not Buyable, or Disabled. |
product_code | The unique identifier for the product. |
product_title | The product name as listed on Takealot. |
product_soh | The number of units available in stock. |
my_offer_price | The current price at which you are selling the product on the marketplace. |
winning_price | The price of the competitor currently winning the Buy Box. |
winning | Shows if you are currently winning the Best Price position in the Buy Box (TRUE), or not (FALSE). |
min_reached | ‘TRUE’ if the current offer price has hit the minimum price set in the repricer, ‘FALSE’ if not. |
Do not modify columns that are for reference only, as this could cause errors.
3️⃣ Save the file as a CSV before uploading it back to Wherehouse.
