The Cost-based Repricer Approach can only be used if Wherehouse has access to your Cost Price. This data must come from either:
Your inventory management system or online store
Your integrated supplier feeds
If Wherehouse does not have access to your cost price, the cell will turn red when selected, indicating that the Cost-based approach cannot be applied.
Enabling Dynamic Cost-Based Repricing for a Product
2️⃣ Select Buy Box Repricer from the sidebar (💲 icon).
3️⃣ Use the search and filter options to find the product you want to enable automated repricing for.
Narrow your search by selecting a specific catalogue 🗃️
Search 🔎 for a specific SKU, title or barcode
Filter by Offer Status, Repricer Status, Repricer Approach, Stock Status or Buy Box Status
4️⃣ Click on the product to open a detailed modal with Buy Box insights.

The following should be noted when viewing the Buy Box insights on our dashboard:
🏆 indicates the Buy Box winner or the Best Price winner
🚛 indicates the Fastest Delivery winner
👉 indicates Your Offer
5️⃣ Toggle the Enable Repricer switch.
6️⃣ Set your shipping cost and your desired profit range.

Min Profit: The minimum profit margin (as a percentage) you want to maintain
Preferred Profit: The ideal profit margin (as a percentage) you aim for

Review your Cost Breakdown
A detailed cost breakdown table will display fees, cost price, and the profit range (in Rand) based on your set percentages.
7️⃣ Select your Buy Box Approach (Choose whether to aim for the 🏆 Best Price or only reprice until your offer wins the 🚛 Fastest Delivery). Indicate your choice using the drop-down.
8️⃣ Close the modal when you’re done. Changes are saved automatically.
Bulk Repricer Changes
To update multiple products at once, use the CSV functionality to export, edit, and re-import your changes.
