How to use a Coverage Report?

Wherehouse has a Coverage Report functionality that allows you to see which of your SKU’s are present on each of your connected platforms

Step 1: Download the Report

You can download the latest Coverage Report for your catalogue directly from your Wherehouse dashboard. The downloaded file will be in CSV format.
1️⃣ Open the Wherehouse Dashboard and open the products catalogue

You can access your catalogue via the “catalogue” icon in the sidebar or the “Products'”button on the Homepage

2️⃣ Click on the “Export Products” button and select the “Coverage Report” option

3️⃣ Wait for the “Coverage Report” to load.

It should download automatically after loading, if it doesn’t you can click the “download” button

Step 2: Open and Analyse the Report

Open the CSV file in any spreadsheet program (like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or Apple Numbers). You will see columns for each of your connected channels (e.g.Shopify, Amazon, Leroy Merlin, Makro, Loot).
The values in the channel columns will be either TRUE or FALSE:
  • TRUE: This SKU exists on this platform.
  • FALSE: This SKU does not exist on this platform.
