Auto listing runs on credits. You buy them up front and spend them as you list. This guide covers what a credit is, how to top up, and how to check your usage.

How credits work 🧐

  • 1 credit lists 1 SKU. A SKU is your product code, the unique reference for each item.
  • The minimum top up is 50 credits.
  • Each variant counts as its own credit, because each variant is a separate listing line.
  • A credit is used whether you send a listing to QC (the marketplace's quality check) or save it as a draft.
💡
A credit pays for getting a listing submitted, not for passing QC. If a listing never reaches the marketplace, or it matches a product that already exists, the credit is refunded. If it's submitted but the marketplace later rejects it in QC, the credit isn't refunded.

How to top up 🚀

  1. Open the credits card
    1. Go to the Settings page and find the Product Listing Credits card. Click Top up credits.

    1. We charge the card saved on your account automatically. Once the invoice is paid, the credits are added to your balance. There can be a short delay, so the balance refreshes on its own shortly after.

Check your usage 📊

Click Usage history to see a detailed log of every credit purchased and consumed, so you always know where your credits have gone.
