Listing one product is quick. Listing hundreds becomes a full-time admin job. Bulk auto listing fixes that. Paste a list of product codes, set a few rules once, and Wherehouse lists the whole batch in the background while you get on with your day.
This guide assumes you already know the single product flow. If you don't, read the single product guide first, then come back here:
How to use Product Auto ListingPaste your SKUs 📋
- Paste your product codes
A SKU is your product code, the unique reference for each item. On the Opportunities screen, click Paste SKUs and paste in every code you want listed, for example straight from a spreadsheet.

- We clean up the list
Wherehouse automatically filters out anything that can't be listed or has already been listed, and tells you what it skipped and why. You're left with a clean set of products ready to go.
Pasted codes are matched inside the catalogue you've selected. If you run more than one catalogue, pick the right one before you paste, because the same code can exist in different catalogues.
Confirm your bulk settings ⚙️
Because a batch runs in the background, you won't be reviewing each product as it lists. So you set a few rules up front that apply to every product in the batch.

- Submit to QC or draft
Same choice as the single product flow, applied to the whole batch. Submit to QC sends everything straight to the marketplace's quality check. Submit to draft builds each listing for you to review in the seller portal first.
- If we find an existing match
When a product you're listing already exists on the marketplace, we won't create a duplicate. Choose whether we attach an offer to that existing product, or skip it entirely. Either way, no new listing is created for it.
- Variants
Choose whether to list a product's variants together. For example, if you select the blue item, the red and yellow versions are added as variants on the marketplace listing.

Each product and each variant uses one listing credit. Credits are reserved up front for the whole batch, and anything that fails to submit or matches an existing listing is refunded automatically.
Track the batch 🔄
Submit the batch and it runs in the background. A large batch can take a while to fully process, so you're free to leave the page. Follow live progress and your past batches on the Submission History page, where results keep accruing as each product lists.
Bulk listing is the fastest way to get a whole range live. Set your rules once, paste your codes, and let it run.
